Return Policy:
Parts can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Oils and lubricants all sales are final no refund will be issued.
- The item being returned must be unopened and in new condition. If you ordered the wrong part or changed your mind, you the customer must pay for shipping to return items back to us.
- If the item is damaged when you receive it or you received the wrong item (not the correct part number that was ordered), please take photos of the shipping box and the items in the shipping box. We will send you a return shipping label to return the damaged or wrong item back to us. All damaged or wrong items must be returned to us before a refund will be issued.
- For store pick up returns please send us a message through our contact page within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make an appointment for you to return your parts.
- How to initiate a return: Please upload photos and your order number on our contact page. We will usually contact you within 48 hours.
- Process of refund: All items being returned must be returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order. After we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund back to the original form of payment. Refunds may take up to 90 days to show up on your credit card or debit card statement depending upon your banks refund policy.
